Residential Boot Camps
It is an action-packed week, which includes strength, speed and endurance style training sessions that are all designed by Ex Parachute Regiment soldier and Performance Coach Mark Hooks Bsc. Mark has been working in the fitness industry for over 30+ years and has worked with top level athletes within triathlon, cross country running, boxing, high level amputee athletes and was the head of performance for the British Virgin Islands National football team to name a few.
The boot camp week is saturated in workshops and presentations that cover nutritional advice, mindfulness, meditation and how to develop the most effective 3-month training schedule to take your performance to the next level.
The food provided throughout the week is freshly made by our on-site chef, ensuring it is healthy, nutritious and most of all tasty. You are provided with 3 meals and 3 snacks each day so you will not go hungry and your body will be getting the nutrition it requires to cope with the arduous training.
Mark works with his son Herbie who has been working alongside his dad since he was 6 years old. Herbie is now 21 and qualified in Personal Training, Gym Instructing, Sport Massage and nutrition. He has previous experience working in gyms and mobile personal training in London.

This week is set to challenge each individual to their perceived limits and beyond, in an encouraging and positive environment. We have previously had 27 stone clients, right through to ex French foreign legion individuals training for Marathon De Sable. We have also had several women attend our Camps to lose weight for IVF treatment as instructed by their Doctors, only to get naturally pregnant within a few months of returning home to their partners.
Our main goal is to ignite that spark for a more positive, healthy outlook to enhance your quality of life and in-turn longevity.
During the week you will develop a 3-month goal you wish to achieve, and on the Friday Mark & Herbie will design a weekly training plan for you to follow that links to your goal, your current physical ability and your availability of equipment you have or don’t have at home, all to fit around your current work schedules. At the end of the first week you will email your completed training plan to then receive week 2.
This will continue for 12 weeks, where then you will be able to go out and smash that goal. At this point we organise a boot camp reunion where you can meet up with the rest of the group for a boot camp event day that has previously included events like 5km, 10km runs or a mini triathlon type event.
