With a brand new state of the art gym facilities, which includes free weights, cable machines, spin room and much more.
Mental strength within the training environment is delivered through mindfulness, PMR sessions and presentations.
Correct Swim, Bike & Run technique is key in preventing injury while optimising performance and at the 21 - 27 October Boot Camp we got you covered.
We will use the spin studio for sprint & technique training.
